    Content Strategist/Copywriter

    What you will do:

    • Write and edit a variety of marketing collateral for various mediums including web, magazine, print, press and business-centric communications. 

    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop relevant content and thought leadership to profile the brand and maintain its leading industry voice. 

    • Assist in defining the marketing and communication strategy, aligned to business objectives and execute thereon.

    • Create content for various social media platforms in line with various business objectives, track the performance thereof and use the gathered data to inform future strategic approaches.

    • Monitor social media platforms and report monthly on their performance as well as that of various concurrently running digital campaigns. 

    • Track and implement relevant digital marketing trends and best practices, in line with overall strategic objectives.

    • Research industry-related subject matter to gain and maintain a fulsome understanding of ICT sector developments.

    • Brief and collaborate with Graphic Designers. 

    • Content planning, budgeting and community management.

    • Report on overall content marketing performance.

    The qualifications you will need:

    • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Linguistics, Language practice or related.

    • Solid experience (3 to 5 years) in a Copywriter/Content Creator role.

    • Excellent writing, editing, communication, presentation and people skills.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

    • A keen eye for detail.

    • A team player.

    • A passion for content marketing and using content to drive brand awareness and generate business opportunities. 

    • Knowledge of all major social media platforms, as well as Google Ads and Analytics. 

    • Highly creative and curious out of the box thinker with a knack for strategy.

    • Knowledge of B2B and B2C digital marketing approaches.
