Contents Desktop Assessor at OUTsurance

Job Description

As the OUTsurance Claims Desktop Assessor (Contents) you will be responsible for assessing, validating and finalising personal lines and business claims.

We currently have a position for Desktop Contents Assessors within the Centurion region.

 Responsibilities:

• Validate all incidents and claims
• Meeting with clients, witnesses etc.
• Finalise all reports and administration (reports, scanning, photographs etc.)
• Liaise with service providers
• Make the decision, all administration and telephonic queries arising around that.
• Handling and resolving all queries and problems from service provider and clients.
• Conduct all the above to the required performance and quality standards that are in place.

Qualifications

• Matric is essential
• FAIS Accreditation or a FAIS recognized qualification will be highly beneficial.

Minimum Experience:

• Face to Face Client services experience
• Investigation/Assessing experience, especially in a short-term insurance industry. Preferably Contents Assessing experience.
• Investigation experience as a Desktop Assessor is crucial.
