Contract Costing Administrator - Kempton Park at FlySafair

­­­­RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Ensuring billing is accurate as per contractual agreements;
•  Allocating costs to correct cost centers;
•  Raising queries with suppliers on incorrect billing;
•  Following up and sorting out outstanding billing queries raised;
•  Keeping record and reconciling all outstanding queries to the general ledger;
•  Preparing various reconciliations;
•  General office administration;
•  Adhoc duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS: 

•  Grade 12;
•  Financial diploma would be preferred;
•  Basic Proficient in the use of Word & Excel (Microsoft Office);
•  Basic working experience on an accounting package.
