    Airport Management Centre Representative

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • AMC – Monitor the daily operational plans as shared by OCC;
    • Information Dissemination –Planned issues, service provider’s constraints/shortages;
    • Cross check of the daily movement to ACSA parking bay list;
    • Event Detection – Monitor the Appex system to detect any abnormalities, possible delays and bay changes;
    • Events Analysis and Decision Making – Analyse any aircraft technical problems;
    • Responsible to communicate ETA’s to service providers to meet SLA agreements;
    • Follow up with service providers if services are not in the bay as per SLA standards;
    • Communications – participate in communications where input is required, internally and externally;
    • Performance Monitoring, OTP;
    • Performance Monitoring (Process Quality) - Input and agree on KPI, monitor deviations;
    • Negotiating best solutions towards bay/gate allocation’s as per airline preference; 
    • Reporting – Review trends and any non-conformance or deviations within the reports and engage with stake holder to close the gaps;
    • Shift Handover Duties – Provide a comprehensive end of shift handover.

    Training Captain - Kempton Park

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    All duties and responsibilities associated with a Captain for an industry leading low-cost carrier. Furthermore the candidate will be responsible for the following; 

    • Conduct Simulator and Ground Training. (Initial and Recurrent Training);
    • Conduct Line Training;
    • Cadet training;
    • Be part of Recurrent development training programs;
    • Ground School Training, including but not limited to:
    •  Low Visibility Operations (LVO) Training;
    •   B737 Initial & Refresher Technical Training;
    • Any Training and Testing related matters and project development as delegated from the Chief Training Captain or Chief Pilot.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Grade 12;
    • Valid ICAO ATPL licence;
    • Class 1 medical certificate;
    • 5 000 hours total time;
    • 1 000 hours P1 on B737; OR
    • 2 500 hours jet command experience in a recognised airline operation;
    • Valid Grade II or higher Instructor Rating;
    • Turbine instruction experience will be an advantage;
    • FSTD / FTD experience and Level D FFS training experience will be an advantage;
    • Able and willing to work on weekends and public holidays and after hours as required.

    Contract Costing Administrator - Kempton Park

    ­­­­RESPONSIBILITIES:

    •  Ensuring billing is accurate as per contractual agreements;
    •  Allocating costs to correct cost centers;
