The Contract Manager will be responsible for managing the contractual aspects of commercial sponsorship agreements between creators and brands. Acting as a key point of coordination between internal stakeholders, creators, and brand representatives, the successful candidate will ensure that agreements are accurately drafted, reviewed, negotiated and executed in a timely manner.
This role is ideally suited to an individual with strong commercial contract experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously within a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
Review incoming brand agreements and identify contractual, commercial and operational considerations requiring negotiation or amendment.
Draft and prepare creator agreements using established templates and internal processes.
Manage contract negotiations and redlining with brand legal teams, creator representatives and other stakeholders.
Ensure all contractual documentation is completed, executed and stored accurately.
Manage contract-related communications and maintain agreed service-level turnaround times.
Track and maintain contract workflows and deal pipelines using internal systems and databases.
Identify opportunities to improve contract processes, templates and operational efficiencies.
Escalate complex or novel legal risks to appropriate stakeholders where required.
Requirements
Admitted Attorney (1-3 years’ PQE).
Experience reviewing, negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.
Strong understanding of contract administration and commercial contracting principles.
Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence and contract comments.
Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems, technologies and processes.
Interest in digital media, content creators, influencer marketing or the broader creator economy.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience within a media, advertising, agency or entertainment environment.
Exposure to influencer, sponsorship, talent or creator agreements.
Experience using contract management and workflow tools such as PandaDoc.
Experience participating in commercial negotiations or dispute resolution processes.
