Contractor: SHEQ Metrics and Reporting at Astron Energy (Pty) Ltd.

Key accountabilities

Financial Perspective:

• Report and prepare SHEQ business planning materials and report on month to month plan vs variance for all SHEQ cost centres.

Customer Perspective:

• Providing support for SHEQ Metrics and Reporting system, Isometrix including dashboards. Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to SHEQ metrics to support reporting efforts. Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations on SHEQ performance for management review. Collaborating with SHEQ departments to implement metrics and reporting requirements

Business Excellence:

• Assisting in the development and implementation of metrics and reporting systems for tracking Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) performance. Identifying opportunities to enhance SHEQ metrics and reporting systems and providing input for continuous improvement initiatives. Maintaining documentation related to SHEQ metrics and reporting processes.

People Management:

• Provide assistance in training and educating employees on SHEQ metrics and reporting requirements.
• Professional Qualification and Certifications: Matric certificate or equivalent
• Work Experience, knowledge and skills:
• Strong excel skills at an advanced level.
• Experience with Isometrix and dashboards.
