Contracts Manager - Residential Construction Industry
RPO Recruitment's client, a well-established building contractor in Cape Town is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in residential construction to join their team.
Requirements:
BTech or BSc degree in Construction Management or a related qualification
Minimum 10 years’ relevant construction experience
Solid experience managing residential building projects
Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or similar senior construction role
Strong knowledge of construction programmes, budgets, procurement and subcontractor management
Experience overseeing projects from commencement through to completion
Strong understanding of construction contracts, quality control, health and safety and project administration
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
