Senior Certificate / Grade 12 plus National Diploma / Degree (NQF Level 6/7) in Information Technology as recognised by SAQA. Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, or similar). Experience with databases (SQL, Oracle, etc.) and system integration. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). Excellent communication and presentation skills for training purposes. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Valid driver’s licence.
