    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Use of standardized recipes: Prepare and cooks all meat, fish, vegetables and any special diets as per required. Follow recipes as per unit requirement.
    • Notifies supervisor of food and supplies: Checks in food and supplies as necessary. Assists in maintaining food production records Maintain maximum standards of sanitation and safety: Cleans kitchen, kitchen utensils and equipment Efficient Stock Control Management: Ensure correct potion controls are adhered to Assist with menu planning and stock control accordingly

    • Strong client and customer service skills

    Qualifications

    • Matric
    • Proven Cooking experience
    • Culinary Qualification would be Advantageous
