Requirements

• Electrical Engineering Qualification and Certificate of Competency: Electrical (Factory)
• Code EB driving license.
• MS Office / SAP
• A minimum of 10 years Considerable management experience at a senior level in the Electrical Engineering field.

Key Performance Areas

• Identifies and defines the immediate, short- and long-term objectives/ plans associated with a District
• Commenting on the applicability of specific key performanceindicators and measures against outcomes detailed in the departments business and strategic plans
• Directs and controls outcomes associated with utilization,productivity and performance of personnel within a District
• Prepares capital and operating budget proposals, motivates and controls expenditure against the approved budget allocations
• Manages the formulation of specific contracts and tender documents and controls contractual obligations
• Directs and controls the professional, technical and operationaloutcomes associated with the functions related to the district
• Managing the operational dimensions and resources (materials, plant and vehicle, decentralized depot operations) and monitors utilization and cost effectiveness of activities against operational
•  plans.
• Disseminates functional and operational information on the immediate, short- and long-term objectives and current developments, problems and constraints.
