Key Outputs

• Coordinate all activities within the mini market area to support business operations

• Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• Foster teamwork to maximize productivity and profitability
• Plan, organize and monitor the receiving and dispatch of physical parts from and to value stream collection points
• Ensure workflow are expedited according to TAKT (response time) – MM delivery response
• Maintain overall data integrity (Inbound, storage and outbound)
• Ensure Housekeeping and contamination control standards are maintained
• Implement and sustain LEAN methodologies, including 6S standards
• Ensure physical parts are accurately aligned with SAP and EWM system data
• Maintain high stock accuracy and ensure timely system updates

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Grade 12
• Minimum of 3 years’ warehouse experience
• Computer literate, MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Access
• Experience in Warehouse Management Systems SAP, EWM, CRM and SIS 2.0 (advantageous)
• Sound understanding of BRC parts supply, value streams, and internal processes
• Ability to identify and classify CAT parts, including component and model identification
• Valid Reach Truck Operator License with hands-on operating experience
• Strong judgement, analytical, problem-solving, and reasoning skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Process-driven and compliance focused individual
• Strong planning, organizing, and prioritization skills
• Demonstrated teamwork, relationship-building, and people skills
• Exposure to a remanufacturing environment (added advantage)
