Job Description

NSF is currently looking for Coordinators to join our team in a hybrid role based at their office in Stellenbosch, South Africa.

Responsibilities

The core responsibilities for this role:

• Completing annual registrations for existing and new clients
• Managing and providing excellent service to assigned key accounts
• Serving as an NSF ambassador
• Working closely with clients and colleagues to ensure that monthly budget is reached
• Maintaining and updating databases
• Chasing and persuading existing, potential, and lost clients to partner with NSF
• Representing NSF at key client meetings and events
• Compiling quotes, travel estimates, invoices, and completing month-end accruals

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1 year customer service experience
• Any tertiary qualification in business administration or customer service
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Team spirit and will carry out the role with empathy for colleagues and clients
• Effective communication skills 
• Effective problem-solving skills
• A proactive approach and do follow-up so that others don’t have to
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy because they triple check their work
• Tailor their approach according to the needs of their colleagues and clients
• Accountability and take ownership of their development
