Job Description

The Purpose of a Supply Chain Coordinator will provide support to the HPC Supply Chain Planner in the planning, ordering, and shipping of raw materials, pack materials and finished goods sourced from suppliers and 3rd party manufacturers.

Qualification Requirements    

• Grade 12/Matric
• Diploma or degree in supply chain management

Experience Requirements    

• 3 – 4 years’ experience in planning and customer liaison
• 2-3 years’ experience working on Excel, Word, and other Microsoft packages
• 1 – 2 year’s stock control experience
• 1 - 2 year’s procurement experience
• Experience in the FMCG environment

Skills and Competencies    

• MS Office skills with advanced Excel
• Stock Planning & Procurement
• Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Teamwork

Working Conditions    

• Availability after hours
• Overtime work may be required
• Pressurized environment
• Shift position
• May be required to work Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
