POSITION SYNOPSIS:

• The purpose of the role is to execute transactional supply services of Account Payables; including relevant period tasks as defined within the Global Business Services Partnership Agreement with its Customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Serious contenders must have a National Advanced Certificate (2 years) or equivalent in Finance, Commerce or Supply Chain with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable, Procure to Pay, Supply Chain or a Global Business Services Environment;
• In-depth knowledge of SAP MM Module is essential;
• Proficient at report writing, document preparation and presentation is essential;                                                                            
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential;
• Basic MS Excel skills are essential.
• Proficiency in communicating in Spanish is advantageous

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Prepare general ledger accounting reconciliations and vendor reconciliations within the prescribed timeframe to minimize exceptions;   
• Execute transactional process steps in the areas of Accounts Payable
• Actively contribute towards achieving set performance targets and KPIs focusing on maintaining up-to-date, accurate and timely data in SAP and third-party applications
• Contribute to maintain a culture of innovation, learning and development and continuous improvement;
• Recommend improvement initiatives in existing processes, practices and systems;
• Ensure compliance to all internal controls, agreements, systems, standards, governance and procedures as well as legislative requirements and statutory reporting;
• Provide assistance with internal and external audit or governance requirements.
