Job Description

• A vacancy has become available for a Multi Skilled Assessor within the Mpualanga region.
• As the OUTsurance Claims Assessor (Multi-skilled) you will be responsible for assessing, validating and finalising personal lines and business claims.

Responsibilities:

• Validate all incidents and claims
• Meeting with clients, witnesses, SAPS officials, towing operators etc.
• Finalise all reports and administration (reports, scanning, photographs etc.)
• Liaise with service providers
• Make the decision, all administration and telephonic queries arising around that.
• Handling and resolving all queries and problems from service provider and clients.
• Conduct all the above to the required performance and quality standards that are in place.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements...

• Applicants must currently reside in or around the Witbank, Secunda, Piet Retief or Middelburg area.
• Qualifications & requirements
• Valid Driver’s licence
• Valid passport (not expired)
• Matric/Grade 12 Certificate
• FAIS Accreditation or a FAIS recognized qualification will be highly beneficial.
• Commercial training will be an added advantage

Experience:

• Investigation/Assessing experience, especially in a short-term insurance industry is essential
• Client service experience
• SAPS investigations experience is beneficial
