A leading med-tech company is looking for a Senior Copywriter to join their energetic and dynamic forward thinking team

The Individual will be responsible for producing copy that is engaging, clear and accurate for marketing material and advertising channels , including but not limited to : websites; emails; prints ads; digital ads; and social media and catalogs.Duties & Responsibilities

Copywriting 55%

1. Update and maintain Communications Guide.
2. Conduct keyword research.
3. Update and maintain drip campaign content.
4. Ensure high quality of emails.
5. Monitor accuracy of emails and edit/update accordingly.
6. Send emails to the Communications Lead for approval.
7. Create copy for ad campaigns and marketing campaigns.
8. Liaise with the design team timeously to create artwork.
9. Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts.

Social Media Campaigns 30%

1. Develop social media strategy together with the Communications Lead.
2. Coordinate social media calendar in line with the social media strategy.
3. Write content for posts across all platforms.
4. Coordinate with the Design team to ensure content for the campaign is ready on time.
5. Respond to comments within 24hrs across all social media channels.
6. Increase followers and engagement.

Public Relations15%

1. Identify journalists and publications
2. Develop and maintain a database of journalists and PR agencies.
3. Occasionally draft press release

Desired Experience & Qualification

1. Degree/Diploma in Languages/Journalism
2. 5 years experience in copywriting, proofreading; editing; administration
3. English must be first language
4. Proficient in Microsoft Suite/Google Suite
5. Excellent writing skills
6. Other Skills: SEM Rush; Grammarly; Copyscape; Read-able; Google drive
