Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as business, finance, public relations, or communications)

Experience: 

• At least one year experience in corporate relations, partnership development, or a related area; as well as debt collection practices and processes

Duties and Responsibilities

• Partnership Development: Identify potential corporate partners, financial institutions, and organizations interested in supporting responsible student debt management and repayment initiatives
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships and communication with corporate partners based on transparency, mutual benefit, and shared values of ethical debt collection and sponsor assistance
• Engagement Strategy: Develop a strategic plan for engaging corporate partners, outlining how their involvement can contribute to responsible debt collection practices

• Program Development: Create initiatives, workshops, or resources in collaboration with corporate partners to support sponsors in understanding their debt options, managing repayment, and avoiding default
• Impact Measurement: Develop metrics and measurement frameworks to assess the impact of corporate partnerships on sponsor outcomes, such as reduced delinquency rate
• Internal Stakeholder Communication: Communicate the positive impact of corporate partnerships to internal stakeholders, sponsors, students, regulatory bodies, and the public
