Role: COST AND MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

We’re looking for…

A full time Cost and Management Accountant with at least 2-3 years’ experience within a Cost and Management Accountant role.

Who are you?

You take accountability for the full accounting function from invoicing, collections, Bookkeeping, Management Account Preparation.

You are able to work independently daily with weekly reporting into senior management.

What’s the role?

You will be responsible for:

• Cost and Management Accounting

• BOMS – Bill of Materials

• Management Accounts

• Full Account/Clerical/Bookkeeping/ Accounting Function

• Financial and management accounting reports

• Risk analysis

• Operational performance

• Forecasting

• Performance reports

• Variances

• Divisional and departmental performance (capital, operating costs, profitability, inventory management)

• Prep rolling forecast - production volume, revenue, cost, margin, profitability

Boxes to tick…

• Matric

• BCOM (management accounting or accounting science)

• Honours degree will be advantageous

• CIMA qualification or working towards.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment required.
