What’s the role?
You will be responsible for:

What’s the role?
Assist Sales Force Members with on the ground recruiting and sales activities;
Support and equip Sales Force Members to run and develop their selling and distribution businesses;
Analyse and monitor Sale Force performance metrics and thereafter implement any necessary corrective actions including providing on the ground support;
Mentor, coach and train Sales Force Members in various disciplines including sales, recruiting, finance, operations, people management etc;
Co-ordinate and host Sales Force Meetings;
Manage telephonic and digital communication channels between Sales Force Members and Support Office;
Provide operational and administrative assistance for example:
Evaluating and providing recommendations to improve warehousing and stock related processes
Assessing administrative systems and process including invoicing and accounting systems
Motivate Sales Force Members and keep them engaged by:
Communicating and keeping in regular contact
Recognizing and celebrating excellent Sales Force performance;
Ensure that the Sales Force members comply with The Company's general business requirements. For example providing monthly sales and recruiting information to support office;
Ensure Sales Force Members conduct their businesses in line with The Company's purpose and values.
Must haves....
▪ Relevant tertiary qualification in business or sales ;
▪ 5 or more years in a similar role within Direct Selling Business; Catalogue sales experience - highly valued
Alternatively 5 or more years’ experience in a role providing both sales and operational support to franchisees or other businesses;
▪ Resides in the Eastern Cape.
▪ Is able to converse in Xhosa and multiple South African languages, especially Sesotho
▪ Valid Drivers License.
▪ Good commercial and business acumen.
▪ Good understanding of good business and ethical practices.
▪ Strong and accessible network within the relevant Province;
Requirements for the role....
Extensive Travel within the relevant Geographical region is an operational requirement of the role.
At least once a month travel to Johannesburg Support Office to attend meetings, training and to interact and develop relationships with the broader Support Office and Sales Force Department.
Working hours are outside business hours due to the nature of the job, and often require weekend work.
