The purpose of this role is to assist the Counterparty Management team in an admin capacity dealing with new and existing CPs.
Responsibilities
Overseeing the launch of our CP-CRM system.
Manage and maintain Jira Projects.
Responsible for managing new and existing partners data and documents.
Keeping our new and existing partner documents up-to-date.
Contribute towards the smooth running of the team.
Assist the Manager to make improvements and implement required changes.
Working closely Back Office, Front Office, Treasury, Finance, Business Development, Compliance, Risk teams.
Requirements
Knowledge of JIRA and other CRM systems.
IT literate and competent.
Someone ideally with a project management background.
Fluent English speaking/written essential.
Problem analysis and problem-solving skills, decision-making, influencing, strong communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, organizing and time management skills.
Good client/CP/customer service skills.
Min 1-3 years of experience in similar positions or as an administrator.
