Grade 10-12 or equivalent qualification. No experience needed. Communication skills, ability to work in a team. Good customer relations skills. Proficiency in English and other African languages. Previous EPWP experience will be an added advantage.
Duties :
Monitoring of waiting times in all service areas and compiling that statics thereof on monthly basis. Ensure that patients are in correct queues for relevant services. To be able to identify clients who need emergency care and liaise with health professionals. To direct patients/clients to the correct service points. Display good customer care. To treat patients according to Batho-Pele principles and patients’ rights. Demonstrate sound knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) principles and practices.
