Job Description

Middle office deal manager to support the day to day management of the teams responsible for the end to end Property finance deal implementation process, while playing a leading role in the Change Portfolio across the CPF loan and collateral landscape. Will be accountable for deal implementation, loan life cycle management and control execution. Will also take responsibility for the successful delivery of certain large CPF Change Initiatives across  the CPF loan and collateral landscape. This role is suited to B degree with minimum 5 years banking experience within transaction administration, preferably Commercial Property Finance. Working knowledge of a vendor based loan and collateral system is essential.

Education

Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
