Craft Administrator at BankservAfrica

Your key responsibilities include:

Central Registration:

• Managing of the new assessments loaded to CRAFT
• Communication of decisions outstanding to the banks
• Management of bank SLA’s
• Data quality management

Pre-Onboarding:

• Complete daily vettings as required.
• Process bulk vettings as allocated.

Monitoring & Exit:

• Assist with monitoring actions and alerts
• Provide input into investigations

General:

• Product Reporting
• Product customer and service provider liaison
• Incident and Problem Management (including resolution)
• Product Infrastructure management and support
• Risk management and risk mitigation
• Change management of defects, upgrades and innovation changes
• Maintain and update product collateral
• Involvement in product projects and testing

QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE

• Relevant Business/Information Management degree/diploma
• Relevant and required computer literacy capability

EXPERIENCE

• Experience in Banking and the financial services industry
• Operational knowledge of the financial services industry
