Creative Assistant at Weylandts Furniture Cape Town (Pty) Ltd

Main Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design and modelling in-store homeware and furniture installations and concepts in 2D and 3D using SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Revit.
• Support the sourcing and procurement of props for in-store styling, installations, workshops and visual merchandising projects.
• Assist in refining and developing styling guides while curating the Homeware Lookbook.
• Help manage the full process of sourcing, costing, and delivering props and materials.
• Assist in planning and coordinating workshops for visual merchandisers.
• Provide administrative support, including sourcing items, obtaining quotations and managing documentation for installations and workshops.

Technical experience:

• Diploma in Interior Décor, Retail, Fashion, or Design.
• 2-3 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design or related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD and Revit is advantageous.
