As part of our talent team in WB Motor Sales Channel - Fairlands , As a member of the WB Moto Sales Channel Hub, you would be expected to fulfil a number of key functions in the support of Motor Sales in the Regions, the Business Development office, and the Automotive Partnerships team. Are you someone who can:

• Adhere to negotiated service levels and turnaround times in support of business strategy.
• Ability to effectively prioritise and organise workflow.

• Make informed credit decisions.
• Assist internal sales partners with credit decisions and application of the credit policy.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal business partners.
• Responsible for making credit decisions.
• Keep abreast with what’s happening within the marketplace and more specifically with regards to process and credit policy.
• To facilitate and monitor adherence to service guarantee times.
• Resolve any credit issues and process problems/challenges with Payouts and other internal business partners.
• Credit application support (ranging from end-to-end floorplan facility submissions for new facilities or renewals, to assisting with various sections of submissions), including but not limited to:
• Submissions to The Credit Factory to obtain Optimist spreading of AFS and FR Grading;
• Extracting / compiling BI packs (Motor retail support, i.e. 427, Market Share, Profitability Profile, etc.), floorplan facility utilisation and releases info, etc) and incorporating the summarised info into credit submissions;
• DFS floorplan facility pricing reviews and facilitating signoff;
• Financial analysis and commentary
• Credit-on-Line loading
• ESRA categorisation / reviews
• Month-end and ad hoc reporting and investigations
• Compilation of DFS info for Large Dealer Group reviews
• Preparation of floorplan facility legal agreements and collateral documentation 
• Assistance with FICA KYC reviews, including FICA KYC of DFS Suppliers
• Lodging of signed securities with Collateral Management Department.
• Escalate to manager any credit issues with products/processes/ standards.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

• Minimum Qualification - Matric
• Preferred Qualification - Degree in Finance, Accounting or any related field
• Experience - 2 to 5 years' experience within the role
