Credit Controller (6 month contractor) at Santam Insurance

What will you do?

• A great contract opportunity, Credit Controller, within Reinsurance and Underwriting Services, based in Tygervalley Bellville, has become available.

What will make you successful in this role?

• The successful candidate will be required to perform a credit control function. This will encompass the collection and follow up of outstanding debtors and allocating of monies received.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collection of premiums from Intermediaries and clients.
• Processing of financial bordereaux’s.
• Receipting, allocating and reconciliation of premiums on JDE.
• Processing refunds.
• Optimizing processes.
• Implement and maintain accurate financial information
• Relationship building
• Assisting with queries and providing back-up support where required

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Matric
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a financial environment would be an advantage
• Accounting Knowledge
• Reconciliation experience
