Job Advert Summary    

• The Credit Controller is responsible for collections relating to the outstanding debt, whilst ensuring the completion of day-to-day duties such as timely payments, processing, and reconciling of invoices.

Requirements    

• Matric.
• A Credit Management qualification would be beneficial.
• Fluent command of the English Language, both verbal and written.
• Computer literacy (Intermediate).
• Valid Drivers Licence.
• Must have Shoprite and Checkers creditors experience.

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Collect Trade Debt
• Confirm payment of new and existing customer accounts.
• Control allocated accounts and ensure that outstanding monies owed to the company are collected.
• Record, log, and address customer queries.
• Maintain good customer relations.
• Request Credit Limits
• Request increase/s of credit limit.
• Additional Admin Functions
• Adhoc Admin functions as requested by Credit Manager.
