Credit Controller (JG10) at Santam Insurance

• Collection of premiums from Intermediaries and clients.
• Processing of payment bordereaux.
• Receipting, allocating and reconciliation of premiums on Kindle.
• Processing refunds.
• Optimizing processes.
• Implement and maintain accurate financial information
• Relationship building
• Assisting with queries and providing back-up support where required
• Resolving queries on outstanding premium and commission with business partners.

Qualification and Experience:

• Matric 
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a financial environment would be an advantage
• Accounting Knowledge
• Reconciliation experience
   

Skills:

• Attention to detail.
• Must have analytical ability and be able to analyse data in order to solve problems and provide appropriate solutions.
• Strong client service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Dead-line driven.
• Excellent communication skills – all levels.
• Must be Computer Literate (MSExcel & MS Word).
