Creditors Clerk at FlySafair

Safair Operations, operating as FlySafair, has a vacancy for a Creditors Clerk at our head office in Bonaero Park.  The successful application will report to the Accountant via Creditors Controller

­­­­RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Full function of a creditors clerk;
• Receiving, sorting, distributing and filing of invoices;
• Capturing of invoices (Local & foreign);
• Local & Foreign Supplier recons;
• Working closely with Logistics department and suppliers;
• Keeping of cash flow;
• Paying of suppliers as per agreement terms;
• Any other functions that you’ll be required to do from time to time e.g. Cash office

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Matric/Grade 12 certificate;
• Must have working knowledge of Sage Line 500 or similar system;
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook);
