Mafadi Property Services is HIRING a Creditors Clerk!

We are looking for an intelligent, hard working honest candidate to join our fast paced Property Services Business.

Responsibilities:

• Processing and reconciling of creditors invoices and statements.

• Handling queries relating to Creditors

• Ensure timeous payments of all suppliers

• Capture / reconcile bank statements

• Reconcile Supplier Statements bi-monthly

• Capturing of supplier invoices on WeconnectU

• Obtaining valid banking details from new suppliers

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric with Maths and Accounting

• Tertiary qualification in Credit Management / Finance

• MS Office

• 2-4 years relevant experience in a similar role

Package:

• R10 000 - R16 000 dependent on individual characteristics
