Processing, reconciliation and payment of creditors and liaison with the responsible parties.
Performing payments via electronic funds transfers, i.e. loading payments on banking profile and keeping suppliers bank details updated.
Processing of Staff expense claims.
Processing of general ledger journals where necessary.
Invoicing of spend back to various suppliers and recoveries of certain costs, attaching supporting documentation and collection of the debt, managing of various suppliers marketing budget.
Qualifications and Experience:
Matric and relevant certificate in Bookkeeping or Finance will be advantageous.
At least 5 years Creditors/bookkeeping experience.
Computer literate in MS Excel, MSWord, MS Outlook, and SAP.
