Job Summary
- This role involves the processing of creditors invoices, reconciliations, and payments, as well as filing and follow-ups with suppliers and branches to ensure accurate and timeous account management.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Processing of Invoices
- Filing
- Reconciliations
- Follow up with suppliers and branches
- Processing of payments
- General office duties
Qualifications and Skills
- Matric / Grade 12 with Mathematics and Accounting as subjects
- Relevant experience (advantageous)
- Computer literate
- Honest and reliable
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to interact with people
- Ability to comply with deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure
- Goal driven
