About the job:
A critical part of what we do is provide relevant and timely information to users through emails. This might be a new hot offer for a credit card or an educational piece on the importance of understanding your credit score.
You will work with the CRM manager to develop and execute communication plans using a world-leading CRM platform. You will put the user first and use your marketing and analytical skills to optimise our business performance. In working directly with the CRM manager, you will be part of a small South African team, and exposed to all our marketing from TV campaigns to digital marketing.

A diploma or degree in digital marketing or similar
0 to 2 years’ work experience
Excellent attention to detail
Self-motivated and ability to take ownership of projects
Good eye for design, copywriting and/or analytical skills would be beneficial
No experience of our industry is required but a background/interest in finance is a plus
Work with the CRM Manager to plan and execute outbound campaigns (email & push notifications) from end-to-end. Good eye for design and copy would be a plus.
Run A/B tests on campaigns and optimise accordingly.
Monitor & track performance of campaigns.
Publish content on our blog to help with educating our users.
Support the digital marketing team on various projects.
