    Mid-level Software Developer

    Minimum Requirement:

    • A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a related field
    • Strong foundation in software engineering principles and practices

    What will you do?

    Architect & Implement

    • Own and evolve the technical & architectural roadmap, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and maintainable
    • Design, build, and deploy fault-tolerant services that balance performance and trade-offs

    Champion Observability

    What will you bring?

    • 10+ years of hands-on programming experience building web or mobile applications
    • Strong experience in system monitoring, logging, tracing, and triaging tools
    • Experience with cloud infrastructure
    • Experience with build, CI/CD & deployment pipelines and related technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins etc.
    • Effective problem solving skills, ability to make design trade-offs, balancing the long-term "big picture" and short-term implications of design decisions
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills, including consensus building, conflict resolution, influence and persuasion skills
    • Proven leadership in project management, technical execution and mentorship of other engineers

    Assistant Store Manager - Menlyn Park

    What your role would be 

    • Our retail leadership team is instrumental in ensuring that our desired customer experience and retail experience is met in every store.  You will connect regularly with them.  
    • Supporting the store management in executing key store strategies 
    • Ensuring that the store is a unique and inviting experience for our customers. Each visit should best reflect our brand and what we stand for

    Store Manager - Castle Gate

    What your role would be

    • Meeting and exceeding sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to the store team
    • Build extensive product knowledge of key products and product categories available in-store and coach the team in this knowledge
