    Cross Sell Operations Jnr Administrator (6 months FTC)

    What will you do?

    • Policy Retentions 
    • Administration(administering of requests from advisors/clients)

    Lead Generation

    • Conduct on-going market research (cold-calling, use of third parties, existing clients) for the development and establishment of the Company X Leads database.
    • Generate sales leads by updating and informing customers and clients of our product offering. Ensure the creation of a pipeline of qualified leads for the organisation
    • Monitor, manage and track leads 
    • Provide monthly reports on the leads conversion rates and funnel status
    • Report and Measure reliable indicators for to justify continued investment by the company
    • Actively promote Company X’s suite of solutions, products and services to network of prospects and partners
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends and the competitors

    Multi-channel  lead management

    • Develop multi-channel programmes to reach prospects, based on the client information, research and preference.
    • Ensure the diversity of multi-channels (web, sms, brochures, email, social networking, telemarketing, events, showcases and direct mail)
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the programmes
    • Diligently and creatively differentiate Company X’s value proposition with prospects

    Inbound services

    • Ensure all inbound prospect enquiries from Company X Website, Referrals, branches, and telephone calls are dealt with effectively by team.
    • Ensure that all live transfer leads and organic leads which have a high conversion rate are promptly attended to.

    Database management

    • Source, design or develop an appropriate database for the management of leads
    • Create guidelines and criteria for the segmentation and profiling of clients aligned to the Company X Strategy.
    • Timely refer “hot leads” to correct channels in the organisation
    • Provide monthly reports as required
    • Ensure current and accurate information on all databases.
    • Conduct Database audits

    Experience & Knowledge

    • At least 2 years’ experience in insurance client service or sales 
    • Proven Telesales experience (minimum of 6 months)
    • 1 year cold calling experience is required.
    • Computer literacy in Outlook , MS Word and Excel is essential.
    • Life Insurance Product knowledge 
    • Knowledge of PPR Legislation(advantageous) 
    • Legal requirements of the insurance industry
    • All insurance products and services offered by the company
