Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the processing and gathering of all transport information.
• Organize routes and capture hours for Payroll.
• Processing of internal accident reports.
• Capturing work, monitoring driver test’s licence and medical renewals.
• Prepare insurance claim forms or related documents and review them from Registering of claims with insurer.
• Claim status reports.
• Documents pertinent information and communicates to appropriate parties.
• Updating and maintaining correct and accurate operational information and reports.
• Data capturing and reconciliation of all reports.

Minimum requirements:

• 2 - 3 Years working experience in a similar role.
• Matric (grade 12)
• Tertiary qualification would be an added advantage.
• Computer literacy (Excel – Pivots and VLOOKUP’s is a must).
• NBC knowledge is essential.
• Clear criminal record.
• Organizational skills.

Requirement: 

• Software package Sage Pastel (Prerequisite/Mandatory)

Responsibilities: 

Daily:

• Daily banking (load, print POP, and forward to the relevant people) and internal transfers and intercompany transfers as well as second release of banking done by managers.
• Update and load new creditors/cash payments on the STD online banking system.
• Load all Forex payments on the bank system, scan and forward relevant paperwork to the Forex department as well as relevant internal staff.
• Deal with all Bank Forex-related queries.
• Clearing Instruction – as per the financial manager.
• Cashbook – receipts and payments of the establishment's account.
• Debtors – full function (credit applications, update and load new customers, debt collection, emailing of invoices, issue credit notes, customer queries).
• Submit invoices via the various portals 
• Petty cash.
• Monitor and help the creditors clerk. 

Weekly:

• Confirm balancing totals.
• Meet bi-monthly with the sales/operations manager to discuss the debtors' age analysis. 

Monthly:

• Banking – creditor payments, garnishee and inter account transfers.
• Debtor’s statements to be emailed to customers.
• Check all creditors reconciliations.
• Month-end general journals.
• Inventory journals: stock count adjustments.
• Check processing/allocations of all credit cards and update batch.
• Process intercompany invoicing on pastel.
• Excel spreadsheets to be done for the financial managers: wheels and rollers, staff loans, factory and consumables.
• Scan and keep track of all reps’ new sales.
• Assist the financial manager with VAT returns.
• Maintain the fixed asset register. 

Yearly:

• Excel spreadsheets to be done for the financial manager: reps targets, and audit schedules.
• Update quarterly – confirmation of bank for the establishment
• Scanning of bank statements.
• Backup for staff in the finance department.

Requirement: 

• Grade 12.
• BSc or Btech in Chemistry or related field.
• 5 years’ industry-related experience (Quality Assurance and R&D).

Responsibilities: 

• Lead a team of lab technicians, ensuring staff engagement, performance, and teamwork.
• Quality assurance: conducting chemical analysis, implementing and maintaining analytical testing methods, and collaborating with labs and the R and D team to optimize product formulations.
• New product development: active participation in the development of new products (feasibility studies, process optimization, formulation improvements), assist in pilot-scale trials and evaluate performance of new formulations, and provide technical expertise to support product development projects.
• New product registrations.
• Generate and maintain technical documentation.
• Customer complaints: investigation, analysis of root cause and implement corrective actions.
