Crusher Production Supervisor - Mining Industry - R780K - R300K at Hire Resolve

Responsibilities:

• Compliance with all safety regulations as set out in the mines policies
• Ensure incident and accident investigations are done within the framework of SOPs
• Monitor and Develop Safety Systems as per MHSA, COPs and SOPs
• Initiate Crushing and screening processes
• Ensuring targets are achieved
• Oversee loading and hauling from the crushing pad
• Responsible to ensure that settings are correctly set for Jaw and Cone Crushers
• Supply the Crushing Manager with relevant information on machine breakdowns, services and machine performance
• Responsible for loading and hauling from the crushing pad
• Ensure equipment availability
• Administration / Labour Management
• Assist with crushing and screening repairs, services and general maintenance within scope
• Assist with planned maintenance schedules and resource allocation
• Supply Management with relevant information on machine breakdowns, services and performance

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• B-Tech Mechanical Engineering Qualification
• Supervisory qualification will be advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory designation
• Proven experience in crushing and screening machinery in an opencast mining environment
