    Customer Care Administrator

    Is this you?

    • If there’s a problem or a difficult customer, you’re the one to call. Customer care comes naturally to you, you’re able to calm down an upset individual and are able to handle complaints with efficiency and empathy. You are patient and are able to work with the customer to find a solution.
    • What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
    • You will be responsible for handling customer complaints, both over the phone and via email. You will be in charge of recording complaints on the CPAR system and providing quick responses to frequently asked questions. All this will be done within a high-pressure environment that focuses on efficiency.

    Where you’ll be doing it

    • You will be based with the marketing department within an international frozen food and specialty desserts organisation. Mon to Friday with alternative weekends on call to check emails and respond online to queries

    What you’ll need

    • A matric, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English. You will need to be able to handle customer complaints with a clear head and efficiency. At least 2 years of experience within a similar industry, in a customer focused role, would make you the ideal candidate.
