As our new Customer Care Manager, using your technical education and commercial sense, you grow the sales of Service Business Products like Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and spare parts related to our Poultry Division. Visiting food producers that use Marel equipment, you convince them to use our services, process knowledge and parts, improving the performance and reliability of their processes and systems.
You spot opportunities, propose solutions that add value to the customer, and close the deal. With your commercial sense, you enjoy to sell value (e.g. Total Cost of Ownership, improved machine performance, higher throughput, and quality) in a competitive market.
