Responsibilities
Providing first-line technical support to Customer Managers
Be the interface between customers and wtg/plant Engineering to communicate technical issues and their resolution
Build-up an efficient network among stakeholders to maintain a good level of interaction and quick response time for the technical inquiries within the company
Own, coordinate and record all taken over issues in relevant systems (SAP, C4C) for proven history and easy access for any stakeholders
Providing first line processing of Safety Alerts to facilitate Customer Managers with filtration of external receivers or report insufficient SA quality
Staying alert on recognized aftermarket sales opportunities and speak up on detected mismatch
Maintain good relationships with customers and their representatives during the meetings, teleconferences, events, affairs etc.
Qualification
Bachelor/Master degree possibly in Electronics/Mechatronics or similar a
Minimum 2 years work experience in similar environment
Good English skills in word and writing,
Knowledge of Microsoft office
Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP system is a plus
Competencies
Great planning and organizational skills
Flexible to sudden changes with a focus on problem-solving
An ability to remain calm in a time-sensitive situation and to handle varying workloads
Approachable personality, being attentive but able to stand your ground
A professional communicator, both in speaking and writing
