    Customer Intelligence Lead

    If you join us, you’ll

    • Develop and drive an ambitious customer intelligence strategy in line with the overall business strategy.
    • Grow and manage the professional development of a geographically dispersed customer intelligence team.
    • Build and execute a scalable customer intelligence function that develops deep insights across various markets and customer segments; supporting new market development, product development, product improvement as well as customer experience analytics and measurement.
    • Ensure high quality qualitative and quantitative research across different channels, including behavioural testing design and analysis, quantitative analysis of customer data as well as market landscaping and competitor analysis
    • Deliver high quality, responsive and efficient customer intelligence service supporting company and customer objectives through the delivery of processes, tools, insights and relevant supporting data.
    • Liaise with and support various business units, including Marketing, Data & Prediction, Strategic Partnerships, Product, CX Operations and ESG.
    • Be a strong voice for the customer, driving and facilitation customer-centric business practices.
    • Ensure high impact, low-cost automated customer data-ˇgathering processes are in place to support efficient and scalable insight development.
    • Build on customer insights infrastructure and processes, monitor performance and implement any necessary changes and improvements

     

    What you’ll need

    • Post-graduate degree in economics, business science, commerce, development studies or similar.
    • Minimum of 5+ years in relevant senior roles which include significant mixed methods market research / consumer insights experience
    • Solid knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
    • Need to be able to manage & lead a team of deep technical specialists
    • Experience in emerging markets
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools
    • Knowledge and experience of statistical tools and techniques
    • Experience working in technology or financial services businesses
    • Applied behavioural economics or consumer psychology expertise would be an added advantage
    • Proven commercial acumen and strategy development experience
    • Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills
    • Excellent project management and organisational skills
    • High level of emotional intelligence and social awareness
