    Customer Relationship Management Coordinator

    • We are seeking a proactive and organised Admin Support professional to join our vibrant and fast-paced Technology & Business Strategy (TBS) department. This role is essential in providing administrative and operational assistance to the CRM team to ensure the smooth running of leads, campaigns and CRM database operations for the Customer Relationship Management Team and dealer network. 

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the department, e.g. check leads & campaign processes & systems, support in the sending of mass CRM communications
    • Responding to queries from dealers and NSO contacts regarding CRM processes.
    • Prepare and organize internal and external reports, presentations, and documents.
    • Extraction, provision and analysis of customer & vehicle data 
    • Work closely with the Dealer CRM team to promote their services to the dealer network
    • Updating content on Sharepoint sites, e.g. iPartner

    Desired Experience & Qualifications

    • Degree/Diploma in Business / Marketing / Media / Communications or any other related field would be advantageous
    • Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer services environment (experience in an advertising / marketing agency and/or motor manufacturing industry would be advantageous).
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Sales experience
    • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
    • Familiarity and good knowledge of SAP CRM7
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint and/or SAP BW would be advantageous
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

    • Strong PowerPoint experience
