Head of Sales – Contact Centre at Pollock & Associates

• A dynamic leadership opportunity exists for a seasoned Call Centre Head of Sales to lead, scale, and drive performance across a fast-paced, high-volume outbound sales environment. This role requires a hands-on leader who has successfully managed a sales force of at least 500 seats and understands the nuances of a rapidly growing, non-corporate call centre culture.
• The successful incumbent will develop and execute sales strategies, manage senior sales leadership, and ensure operational excellence to exceed client KPIs and deliver consistent growth.
• Applicants must be FAIS compliant and registered Key Individuals with deep operational sales management experience in high-volume outbound call centres. This is not a role for corporate consultants or theory-based leaders—only proven operational sales leaders who can engage, lead, and scale from the ground up will be considered.

Key Requirements

• Matric and FAIS-compliant; Key Individual registration essential
• 8+ years in sales leadership within a large call centre (500+ seats)
• Proven track record in building and scaling high-performance sales teams
• Strong grasp of sales KPIs: RPC, BI/hr, CI/hr, Sales Ratio, Response Rates
• Deep understanding of call centre sales strategy, compliance, and scripting
• Highly effective leadership, motivational, and performance management skills
• Excellent communication, planning, and organisational abilities 
• Ability to operate under pressure and deliver measurable growth
