• National Senior Certificate and a Tertiary Qualification
• +5 years' experience within a Customer Sales Supervisory role or junior management role.
• Experience of working in a clothing wholesale and retail industry would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Advanced SAP experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Well developed written and communication skills.

YOUR MISSION

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position will include, but will not limited to:

• Overseeing and maintaining the order administration of Key account.
• Overseeing and monitoring the CS Team in respect of Order books and Packing note creation.
• Liaise with the Purchasing Department regarding Product tracking and ETA’s.
• Liaise with Credit Control to resolve problematic key accounts.
• Monitor warehouse progress with regard to packing fulfillment time.
• Liaise with Purchasing department in terms of product delivery for Key accounts.
• Collate data from order books, CS team feedback, Purchasing and Credit Control for reporting to Senior Team Head.
• Ensure timeous delivery according to his/her Key Account delivery dates.
• Maintain accurate upkeep and maintenance of SAP Order book and Key Account spreadsheets.
• Compile and submit reports to Senior Team Head.
• Submission of Monthly Turnover estimates to Senior Team Head.
