Customer Service Agent: PORTUGUESE Language at Quest Staffing Solutions

Introduction:

Our client is in the Telecommunication industry based in Cape Town and they are looking for a *Portuguese* speaking Customer Service Agent for their company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Interact with Brazilian customers.
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
• Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
• Advise on company information.
• Act as the company gatekeeper.

Desired Experience & Qualification:

• Matric.
• Previous customer service experience preferred (high end retail or call centre).
• Must be 100% computer literate.
• Must be able to navigate multiple screens.
• Fluent in Portuguese -- ESSENTIAL
• Minimum 20 wpm typing.
• Must be able to work shifts (14h00 – 22h00) -- ESSENTIAL
• Must be able to converse in English.

Package & Remuneration

• Salary: R10 000.00 - R13 000.00 per month.
