Customer Service Assistant at Martin Engineering

He ideal candidate will provide quality customer service through efficient and expeditious ordering processes. This role also provides ongoing service to customers after the sale is final. 

Responsibilities

• Performs order entry for assigned territories and customers; translates and interprets customer orders and documents as necessary; produces acknowledgements of orders and backorders.
• Maintains quotations, orders, queries, spares provisions and contract invoicing.
• Maintains contracts regarding renewal for pricing of products and services and preparation of contracts for the salespersons.
• Monitors consignment stock for customers and outside salespersons.
• Completion and submission of tenders before due dates.
• Prepares, submits and follows up quotations for direct salespersons, OEM, Export Services, distributors and end-users, both domestic and international for assigned territories.
• Provides technical information to customers and recommends products.

Qualifications (Minimum required)

• Matric
• 3-5 years of customer services experience
