    Customer Service Representative - Airport Industria

    Requirements

    What You'll Do:

    • As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, handling various tasks with finesse and professionalism.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    Payments:

    • Manage customer Direct Debit (DD) dates and premiums with precision.
    • Ensure accurate records of premiums received and process refunds promptly.
    • Assist customers with amending DD dates and banking details as needed.

    Pre-inspection/Validation:

    • Review and assist customers with uploading photographs.
    • Access and verify vehicle registration details and policy documents.

    Claims:

    • Monitor and provide support for claims logged online.
    • Keep customers informed with timely updates on claim progress.

    Cancellations:

    • Process policy cancellations efficiently, following established procedures.

    Communication:

    • Engage with internal stakeholders and confidently communicate with external partners.
    • Handle inbound calls and inquiries promptly and professionally.

    Trends Analysis:

    • Identify and communicate trends in customer interactions to drive continuous improvement.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Maintain quality assurance standards in all interactions.
    • Follow up on outstanding requests within designated timelines.
    • Efficiently manage incoming calls for seamless communication flow.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent (Matric).
    • 2-years of client/customer service experience.
    • 1-year of international contact center experience.
    • 1-year short-term insurance experience in sales/customer services.
    • Clear criminal record.
    • Clear Credit record.

    Preferred Attributes/Skills:

    • Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
    • Familiarity with ticketing systems is advantageous.
    • Ability to handle challenging conversations with grace.
    • Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
    • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
    • Excellent listening and communication skills.
