Purpose Of The Role
To assist customers by answering product and service-related questions, suggesting information about other products and services. Accessing customer accounts by recording account information whilst ensuring that the correct Data Protection Act rules apply. Maintaining customer records by updating account information. Assist in resolving product or service-related problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
