The representative is an entry level Customer Service position and a junior member of the team.
The role is expected to carry out basic duties.
Some experience and knowledge of working in a customer service environment is expected, however it is assumed that they would be trained and will develop experience on all aspects of the role over time. Some amount of oversight would be required to guide them.
Essential duties & responsibilities
Processing orders, credits, loan kit queries, repair order requests
Arranging returns and collections and handling proof of delivery and pricing requests
Handling incoming e-mails and calls
Proactively communicating with internal & external customers
Investigating and resolving invoice disputes
Logging and follow up of issue resolution and related communication back to the customer
