Customer Success Consultant at Dext

The role - what you’ll do:

Core

• Creating content in accordance with global content plan
• Make sure partners (Accountants) and their clients (SMB's) are actively using and enjoying their experience with Dext
• Experiment and innovate with techniques to ensure ongoing partner success.
• Build and refine internal processes that can scale as the team grows
• Report product issues to Product team to improve South African user experience

Adoption

• Assist Partners post upsell/conversion to implement Dext and the product they’ve purchased across their practice
• Driive internal best practices with Partners
• Prepare Partners for the next upsell cycle and decreasing time between sales

Retention

• Determine the Partners that are at risk of churn and develop a process to target them based on their requirements
• Proactively engage with partners that are at high risk of churn to ensure churn prevention
• Build on existing reporting to enhance Receipt Bank’s ability to prevent churn of both partners and partners’ clients
